A twelve-module course in three formats
Strategy, Organisations and Responsible Transformation
Leading with AI: Strategy, Organisations and Responsible Transformation is a twelve-module course for people who lead, or will lead, the use of artificial intelligence in an organisation. It explains in plain language what AI can and cannot do and how the industry behind it works, then turns to what leaders must decide: where AI creates value, how to use it well, how to redesign work and bring people through the change, how to govern it and manage its risks, and how all of this differs between companies, public bodies, professional firms and non-profits. Every topic is taught through true, dated stories and practised with compact tools, and every module adds one step to a capstone AI Action Plan for an organisation of the student's choice.
Course materials are for enrolled students and lecturers. You will need the enrolment code your lecturer gives you.
Who it is for
The course is for anyone who will lead, commission, govern or work alongside AI in an organisation. It is designed for final-year undergraduates; postgraduates on MBA, MPA and MSc programmes; professional and executive learners, including managers, civil servants, clinicians, teachers, lawyers, accountants, founders and the staff of non-profits; and mixed cohorts, where the variety of sectors in the room becomes part of the learning.
Curriculum
