Counter-Terrorism and Protective Security ManagementAn Applied Programme for Corporate Security Managers

A ten-module course in two formats

Counter-Terrorism and Protective Security Management

An Applied Programme for Corporate Security Managers

Counter-Terrorism and Protective Security Management: An Applied Programme for Corporate Security Managers is a ten-module, management-level course for the people who protect plants, warehouses, offices, shops, hotels, venues and vehicle fleets. Participants learn to assess the terrorism-related and hostile-threat risk to their sites, select and justify proportionate protective measures, lead a structured response exercise, and present to their leadership a defensible 90-day plan, so that protection across a region's sites becomes consistent, evidence-based and tested rather than ad hoc. Every concept is taught through a real, dated and sourced story, then a framework, then practice on a site, and every module adds one step to the 90-Day Protective Security Action Plan that each group presents and defends on the last day.

Course materials are for enrolled students and lecturers. You will need the enrolment code your lecturer gives you.
